Immediately upon entering you will notice a stunning large garden which surrounds a full sized pool, with a Jacuzzi cascading into it. The garden is lush and manicured with fresh fruit trees and exotic plants which were all hand picked and planted for your visual enjoyment. Some plants in the garden can only be found here.

Our concept was simple. We wanted to design vacation rentals which incorporated upscale accommodations and amenities, without the price tag.

Four two bedroom villas are nestled in this lush tropical setting. The garden has many features including a Barbecue area, beautifully designed trellis covered with flowers, and a "Palapa" reading area. Fruit trees such as bananas, guanabana, mango, lime and other exotics are plentiful and are for the enjoyment of our guests. Casa Colonial can accommodate parties from one to sixteen. Casa Colonial vacation rentals are ideal for travelers who wish to enjoy Cozumel with their family and friends.

Each of our four uniquely designed vacation villas has two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the second level; and have separate full bathrooms. Spacious living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and a half baths are located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are also located on both first and second levels.

Another very special feature is our concierge service. As a valued guest of Casa Colonial we offer this service for your convenience. Our concierge service is free of charge to our guests and will save you substantial time and money. Whether you are interested in a rental car, diving, restaurants, or day trips; we know where the best vendors, goods and services are, at the best price. We have conducted extensive research and personally evaluated each and every recommendation. We have lived here many years and know the ins and outs of Cozumel. Watching the island grow from a sleepy little fishing village since the early 1980's to the present gives us a special perspective that we are happy to share with our guests. Our concierge service will assure that you spend the least amount of time "hunting and pecking" your way through Cozumel; and will give you more time to actually do the things you came here to do!

Our weekly rate is: $1,000 plus 12% tax Mexican tax (IVA); for a maximum of four guests per villa (there is a $25.00 extra charge for a fifth person).
